We’ll work with you to determine which subscription is right for you. Once the account is opened, we’ll customize it to fit your business and industry’s needs so that the reports you run make sense and serve you. Besides the approximately 50 (dependent on your subscription level) customizations, we’ll assist with bank feed syncing, form formatting and determining whether it makes sense to sync any existing or additional apps (did you know you can sync your Amazon Business account directly with QBO?) to the account.

Monthly Recurring Bookkeeping
We want you to focus on what you do best — run your business! Let us take care of the monthly bookkeeping by posting all your transaction activity properly (btw, were you aware your loan and LOC payments need to be split between principal and interest?) and reconciling your balance sheet accounts. If you don’t get paid, eventually we likely won’t be either — talk about a good incentive to help you keep the money flowing in! We’ll work with you to ensure your invoices go out on time and to the person/department responsible for processing those payments. When your clients are a little slow paying you, we’ll assist with some additional prompting to get that check signed. We’ll also make sure when the payment comes in, it’s matched to the correct client and their invoice, when applicable.
